GPT-4o-Mini now implemented

I've updated the web version of GenRealms to use the new GPT-4o-Mini, as recommended by OpenAI. Previously it was using GPT-3.5-Turbo.
Hopefully it will be faster, cheaper, and produce more interesting stories due to the large context window.
